Finding my voice and building a safe community

For a long time, I've had dreams that I've kept mostly to myself. One of those dreams is becoming a feedee content creator and creating a community where people like me can feel accepted, supported, and safe.

I know that being a feedee isn't something everyone understands, and because of that, it can sometimes feel lonely. There can be judgment, misunderstandings, and the fear of being yourself around the wrong people. But I've always believed that everyone deserves a space where they can be comfortable being who they are without feeling ashamed or judged.

That's the kind of community I want to build.

I want to create a place where fedees and feeders can come together, support one another, make friends, share experiences, and feel like they belong. A space built on kindness, respect, consent, and genuine support. I don't want it to be just about creating content I want it to feel like a real community.

The truth is, though, starting this journey hasn't been easy for me.

One of the biggest challenges is money. Creating content takes resources, whether it's equipment, clothing, food, editing tools, subscriptions, or simply having the space and confidence to create. When you're trying to build something from the ground up without a lot of funds, it can feel overwhelming. Sometimes you have the dream and the ideas, but not all the resources you need to bring them to life yet.

But another challenge for me is something even more personal: I'm very shy.

Putting yourself online can be scary. It means allowing people to see you, hear you, and form opinions about you. For someone who is naturally shy, even pressing the record button can feel like a huge step. There are moments when I want to create something, but then I start overthinking. I worry about how I look, how I sound, what people might think, and whether anyone will even support me.

But deep down, I know I can't let fear completely silence something I'm passionate about.

I may be shy right now. I may not have all the money or resources I wish I had. I may have to start small. But starting small doesn't mean dreaming small.

Maybe my journey will begin with one post.

Then another.

Maybe one day, someone will come across my content and realize they aren't alone. Maybe they'll find the confidence to be themselves because they found a community where they finally feel accepted.

That's what I want to create.

I want to grow alongside my community. I want people to see the real journey not just the successful moments, but the nervousness, the struggles, the small beginnings, and the courage it takes to keep going.

I'm still finding my voice, but I'm learning that I don't have to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact.

This is the gospel truth. Love to see this thinking!

I don't know if I'll ever get used to people introducing themselves with a 100% AI written bio. Such a strange world we live in.

Creating content doesn't need that much money at all. You can just record yourself with your phone camera and upload them online. Job done.
